The Client Portal allows you to:

  • Register as a new client (an invitation will be sent once you are confirmed as a client)
  • View available appointment times
  • Cancel or schedule appointments
  • Access your telehealth session
  • View or pay invoices

New Client Forms

Access to the new client paperwork will be granted through the Client Portal. Please complete the online forms prior to your first appointment.

Cancellation Policies

Therapy is an interactive process that requires your participation. If you do not attend a therapy appointment and fail to give notice within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be responsible for the full session fee.
